Item Details
A lovely pottery Toby Jug style teapot, with a treacle glaze finish, in the Rockingham style, probably dating from c.1830's. In all a nice unusual and decorative early 19th Century teapot with its original lid!!
It measures 10 1/2" high. There is no mark as to maker that I can see. It has some good old professional restoration to the spout, only visible when you look closely (see photos), otherwise no other damage or restoration.
