John Shapland (C.Russell) - En Grisaille Watercolour - Panorama Walk Barmouth

A lovely watercolour, executed in the En Grisaiile manner, with a grey/brown palette and white highlighting, depicting the Panorama Walk, Barmouth, signed for C.Russell, a well known pseudonym of Shapland, it mounted in a wooden frame with gilt slip. In all a lovely watercolour of a famous and delightful view!!! It measures 26" x 15" in the frame. It is signed and titled to the bottom.
