Item Details
A super 19th Century pencil drawing, executed in a very naive, Folk Art, style depicting a lady outside a rectory style house, with children playing on a cart and a running dog, it has white painted highlighting and is mounted and glazed, set in a gilt frame. In all a delightfully naive piece of 19th Century Folk Art!!!
It measures 14" x 17 1/4" in the frame, visible image 6 1/2" x 10". There is no signature that I can see, a label to the rear for "C.A. BRITTON CARDIFF". It is in good overall condition, a bit of foxing to the mount and a very small amount to the drawing ( please see photos to assess).
